One of the senior police ghouls in service to the cities primogen council. He and several other policemen are bound to the various members of the senior kindred in the city. He has been known to help the sheriff and other elders cover up breaches in the masquerade. He is easily contactable through the local police station in the city center. He will assist with breaches but EVERYTHING is reported back to the prince and/or council.
