I have recently suffered a breakdown both emotionally and mentally. I was dealing with too much on my plate til I just now fall apart. Please if I have said anything that might be off that I didn't do it on purpose, I was reaching out in the moment of panic. I am trying to find a doctor, councilor, I dont know, just find some help for myself.
